A meeting is counted when a qualified prospect matching your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) actually attends a scheduled call. No-shows and cancellations are not charged.
Add-ons scale with your usage: additional contacts at $0.06 each, done-for-you Google mailboxes at $4.50/month, sending domains at $12.50/year (one domain auto-added per 5 mailboxes), and extra AI tokens priced dollar-for-dollar. Add-on charges are credited back to the next month if underused. The $39 base fee is not.
Domains are billed annually upfront at $12.50 per domain, not prorated monthly. All other charges (the base plan, contacts, mailboxes, AI tokens) are billed monthly.
